Venue and Ticket Policy

Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and include applicable taxes and fees.

  1. Purchasing Tickets: Tickets can be purchased through our website. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. All ticket sales are final.

  2. Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the correct email address is provided and that the tickets are received.

  3. Admission: Each ticket is valid for one person and cannot be shared. All attendees must have a valid ticket to enter the event. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not comply with the event's rules and regulations.

  4. We shouldn’t have to tell you — this is a drug and alcohol-free venue. You will be politely asked to leave if you choose to imbibe.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation by Event Organizer: In the event that the organizer cancels the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the purchase time.

  2. Event Postponement: In the event that the event is postponed, all tickets will be valid for the new date. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the new date, they may request a refund according to the cancellation policy outlined above.

  3. Event Rescheduling: In the event that the event is rescheduled, all tickets will be valid for the new date. If a ticket holder is unable to attend the new date, they may request a refund according to the cancellation policy outlined above.

  4. ReWired Foundation will not be held liable for any delays or cancellations resulting from unforeseen events, including weather.
